NFL Rumors: New England Patriots To Practice With Philadelphia This Year?

According to Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston, the Pats may hold a joint practice with the Eagles this year.

Joint practices are always a fun thing for the two teams to do, mainly because it gives them some “fresh meat” to chew on after hitting each other throughout training camp. The Eagles will present the new look Pats defense with a great challenge, and even though Philadelphia’s defense struggled in 2013, it will be nice to see/hear how Tom Brady‘s young weapons do with a year of experience under their belt.

As Reiss mentions, the Pats will meet the Eagles in week two of the preseason. The two squads met in the preseason last year as well.
