Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to Patriots news and analysis from around the web.

Safety Adrian Wilson was released by the Pats yesterday. I think this move was was inevitable. When you combine his play in last year’s preseason, and his relatively big salary, you get a guy that will be out of a job with New England.

Alfonzo Dennard has been released from an adult detention center. Dennard has been largely overlooked since the signings of Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner, but he will be an important cog on the Pats defensive machine. Once Browner’s suspension ends, Dennard may be knocked out of the starting lineup, but he will remain an important player in Foxboro.

Richard Hill of Pats Pulpit says the Patriots offensive line is under pressure in 2014. Keeping Tom Brady upright is the most important thing New England has to do. It doesn’t matter what kind of weapons Brady has, if he is constantly under pressure, the Pats will lose (just remember those two Giants Super Bowls).
