This is great news for the entire league, as raising the posts will ensure that no games will end in controversy, regarding whether or not a field goal was good. Patriots fans experienced this back in 2012, when a Justin Tucker field goal flew over the uprights, and the officials gave Baltimore the win. However fans across the country thought that it was no good, and with good reason. However if this new rule is indeed accepted, we will no longer have to deal with silly endings like that.
