Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to Patriots news and analysis from around the web.
Doug Farrar has a terrific film study breakdown of Darrelle Revis, and Brandon Browner. This was a really great breakdown. Farrar mentions how Browner had gotten “phased out” late in 2012, which is something that has gone unnoticed amid the hype surrounding this signing. Hopefully Browner returns to his 2011 form for the Pats this season.
The Patriots signed long snapper Charley Hughlett this past week, and according to Mike Reiss, it was a two year deal.
Doug Kyed says why he thinks the Super Bowl influenced New England’s signing of Brandon Browner.
Bleacher Report’s James Christensen hands out grades for the Pats free agency moves thus far. I like all of his grades, particularly his ‘D+’ of letting linebacker Dane Fletcher walk. And finally, Nick Underhill gives us an update on New England’s offseason blueprint.
