Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘The Patriot Way’, your number one source to Pats news and analysis from around the web.

Bleacher Report’s Erik Frenz has a nice piece on Aaron Dobson, and if he is the answer to the Patriots’ big play problems. I concur with Frenz’s opinion, and even though I hope to see New England bring in Emmanuel Sanders, Dobson has a big upside, and he could be a solid player in this league.

Make sure to check out the always informative James Christensen over at Bleacher Report, as he releases what he thinks the Patriots’ Big Board is as we head towards the Scouting Combine.

Mike Loyko has another Combine preview at nepatriotsdraft.com, as he previews each position for the Pats.

Finally Field Yates of ESPNBoston puts together a slideshow detailing 10 potential free agents the Patriots may target. Yates lists Emmanuel Sanders at number five, behind current (for now) Patriot Julian Edelman. Bringing back Edelman would be a solid move by Bill Belichick and company, but I think New England needs some explosion instilled in their offense. Sanders not only brings that explosion, but he also is a versatile receiver, which is something the Pats love.
