3. Andrew Luck

Playing with the 19th best defense in the league is no easy task, especially when your running game is ranked 21st in total yardage. But Luck has led his team well throughout this season, and he has them in the playoffs yet again. His leadership may very well be his best trait, and when you win in the NFL, that solves all problems within your organization. The Colts have clinched their division, and are now fighting with the Bengals for the three seed in the AFC. Luck’ group manhandled the Houston Texans on Sunday, winning by 22 points. Luck is having another terrific season, and I fully expect him to be among the NFL’s elite in a few short years.
