The New England Patriots have released their initial injury report for Sunday’s game in Miami, with most of it bringing us positive news.

Aaron Dobson, the rookie wide receiver, returned to practice today and he is listed as questionable on the report. Left tackle Nate Solder is also questionable, as he was diagnosed with a concussion earlier in the week. The other rookie wideout, Kenbrell Thompkins, is also questionable as he is dealing with a hip injury. Cornerback Aqib Talib is probable, which signals that he may be close to 100%, after injuring his hip in a week six win over the Saints. Fellow cornerback Alfonzo Dennard is questionable, as he has been dealing with a knee issue, and now a shoulder injury, which he sustained in last weeks’ win over Cleveland.

Nobody has been ruled out for New England, which is good news given how important this game has turned out to be. Not only do the Patriots have a chance to clinch a division title with a win, but because of the Denver Broncos loss to the San Diego Chargers last night, the Pats have the inside track to home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. They own the tiebreaker with the Broncos, and if they are able to win the remaining three games on their schedule, that would guarantee them the top seed in the AFC.
