Cornerback Alfonzo Dennard, and running back Stevan Ridley are both active today for the New England Patriots, both missing last weeks’ game in Houston. Dennard has been dealing with a knee injury, while it appeared that Ridley was out as a punishment, because of his recent fumbling problems.

Wide receivers Kenbrell Thompkins and Aaron Dobson are both out, each currently dealing with what has reported to be minor injuries. With both Thompkins and Dobson out, recently signed Austin Collie should receive a decent amount of snaps today. Right tackle Marcus Cannon will also miss today’s contest, marking the second straight game he will be absent. Cannon suffered an ankle injury early in New England’s win over the Broncos a few weeks ago. Will Svitek has done a terrific job filling in for Cannon, and I would expect him to get the start again today against the Browns.
