The Miami Dolphins could be without QB-WR combo Ryan Tannehill and Brian Hartline against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, because both players have been listed questionable going into the game. Both players put in limited practices yesterday, as Hartline was put on the injury report due to groin issues that likely came up during practice.
Hartline was able to put in a full practice Wednesday, but the update of him being questionable for Sunday’s game does change things. It seemed like the limited practice was due to a minor precaution, but I still think that he will be playing against the Colts. However, he could very well be a game-time decision. Tannehill has a 50-50 shot at playing, and he could get pulled if the Dolphins believe that his knee isn’t ready during the game.
Solid defensive tackle Tony McDaniel has also been listed questionable for the game against the Colts, as he has been dealing with a knee injury.
Former New England Patriots wide receiver Jabar Gaffney returned to practice, so that’s definitely good news for the Dolphins especially in lieu of the groin injury that Hartline is suffering from. Richard Marshall was not able to practice for the Dolphins, but the big bits of news on the injury front deal with quarterback Ryan Tannehill and his favorite receiver Brian Hartline.
