The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins will be looking to go one up in the tight AFC East division race, and the game begins shortly. Here is a list of inactives for both teams, and it includes the confirmation that linebacker Bart Scott will snap his active game streak of 119 games. That’s certainly impressive, and a toe injury he suffered last week against the New England Patriots was the only thing that held him out.
New York Jets
LB Bart Scott- Should be ready in Week 10 after the Jets bye week next week.
RB Bilal Powell- Still remains out, and it’s going to hurt the Jets run defense against another tough front seven.
DT Kendrick Ellis- He’s out for the long haul still.
S Eric Smith- The Jets will continue to have to roll without their third safety.
QB Greg McElroy
TE Jeff Cumberland- Had one reception for four yards last week but is out with a broken hand.
DT Damon Harrison- Star DT Sione Pouha is active for this game, which doesn’t bode well for Reggie Bush.
CB Richard Marshall- Such a shame, as he hasn’t been able to play since Week 4. At least the ‘Fins still have Sean Smith and are facing a poor pass offense. Even if the Pats made Mark Sanchez look good last week.
LB Josh Kaddu- Former Oregon Duck, so I naturally love him.
WR Anthony Armstrong- Former Patriot Jabar Gaffney is active for the first time in a Dolphins uniform.
WR Rishard Matthews
OL Will Yeatman
QB Pat Devlin- Really like his upside as a No. 2 QB in this league.
TE Michael Egnew
