I would say Brandon Spikes is missed more, because he’s simply the better player. I’m not enamored with Chung, and I think he is only an average safety really. Spikes is one of the better run-stuffing linebackers in the league, and he has a ton of promise in that department. He may one-dimensional, but he is a key player on this defense and is the middle linebacker. But of course, the drop off between their starters and backups at safety is immense, so I will say Chung just because of their horrible replacement players.
