Thursday Night Football continues on NFL Network tonight as the Philadelphia Eagles travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. The Eagles and the Seahawks are both 4-7 and are likely out of the playoff race in the NFC. However, mathematically they have a shot and would have to run the table to get to 9-7 and have some help to get a Wild Card berth. That can’t happen without a win tonight. Philly is coming off a tough loss to the Patriots while the Seahawks are coming off a loss to the Redskins. Neither the Eagles or the Seahawks are really flying high right now.
Seattle is a tough place to play on the road, so the Eagles have their work cut out for them. With clouds beginning to surround Andy Reid’s future as the head coach of the Eagles, I don’t see them going into Seattle and losing this game to what is essentially a lesser team. I don’t think it will be easy, but I see the Eagles pulling out a close game. Staff writer Ryan Hannable sees things differently, and believes that the Seahawks will come out on top. We’ll find out tonight at 8:20 p.m. ET who’s right.
Stay tuned this weekend for our complete Week 13 picks!
