Tom Brady has thrown for an average of 256.6 yards following a loss since 2005.

After falling to the Bills last Sunday 34-31 the Patriots are now 2-1 heading to the west coast to take on the Raiders. Bouncing back after losses is something the Patriots have done very well over the years. In the past five years, dating back to 2006, the Patriots are 15-2 following losses and have never lost three straight games in that span.

Those losses came in 2009 and 2006. In 2009 following a Monday Night Football beat down from the Saints, 38-17, the Patriots lost the following week to the Dolphins 22-21. In 2006 the Jets beat the Patriots 17-14 after the Colts had defeated them the previous week.
