Albert Haynesworth to Miss Most of Week’s Practice due to Trial

While Albert Haynesworth has been day-to-day, according to Bill Belichick, when it came to practice the last few weeks, he will definitely not be in practice over the next several days. Haynesworth will be in D.C. at Superior Court to defend himself against charges that he allegedly groped a Washington, D.C. waitress at a private dinner in the W Hotel. According to the waitress, Haynesworth slipped his debit card into her bra to pay for his bill and groped her breast in the process. Haynesworth is pleading not guilty. If Haynesworth is convicted of misdemeanor sexual abuse, he could serve a maximum of six months in prison. This is definitely a trial Patriots fans should keep their eyes on, as it is possible that Haynesworth may never don Patriot blue if he is convicted and serves the maximum sentence.
