Chad Ochocinco recently made a trip into Boston looking for a new place to live during the football season, but had little luck finding a suitable dwelling. He’s still getting himself acclimated to his new surroundings, so he’s come to a conclusion: He’ll room with a fan for the first few weeks of the season until he finds the right place.
Is he really serious? It appeared that way when he spoke to reporters earlier today:
“I’m going to do something different, I’m actually going to stay with a fan for the first two, three weeks of the season. That should be fun, until I get myself acclimated and learn my way around.”
Do you fit the bill to be Ochocinco’s roomate? His requirements seem modest:
“…they have to have internet and have to have Xbox. That’s about it,” he said.
I think most football fans can handle that. He was then asked if he was serious about this idea:
“Have I ever lied to you before?”
Fair enough. No word yet on how he’s actually going to pick someone, or if this really is serious, but stay tuned. You may want to follow him on Twitter (@ochocinco) to stay on top of this and all thing Chad Ochocinco.
