Mayo: Everyone that can play will play

Patriots linebacker and captain Jerod Mayo may have tipped the hand of the team for Sunday’s game during an appearance on Comcast Sports Net’s Quick Slants with Tom Curran. Mayo was asked about playing in and preparing for an essentially a meaningless game for the Patriots. Mayo said that the Patriots are preparing like it’s a regular week of football and noted that, “Everyone that can play will play.” Now, that phrase could of course be twisted somewhat, as any little injury could be used as an excuse not to play. However, I have a feeling that it will be “all hands on deck” and the regulars that we have seen out playing for the Pats week after week will play.
