QB Tom Brady was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week by the NFL today for his performance against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. Brady led an offense that scored 45 points, 35 of which came in the second half of the game. Brady finished the game with a perfect passer rating and went 21-of-27 for 341 yards and four touchdowns. Brady has also been nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week for his Thanksgiving performance and far and away leads our poll for the Player of the Game.

Let’s hope he can reach similar achievements Monday against the Jets.
