QB Tom Brady did not suit up for practice today, missing his third straight opening practice. The Pats do not usually practice on Tuesdays, but with the upcoming game on Thanksgiving, this week’s preparation is condensed. Brady did not suit up the last two weeks’ opening practices but (obviously) played during the games. Again, no worries here, Brady will 100% play on Thanksgiving. He is simply resting his injured foot and, ahem, right shoulder. While Brady did not practice, DL Myron Pryor did after missing the last two games.
Not present at practice were G Stephen Neal (shoulder), CB Jonathon Wilhite (hip), and new to the list, DL Mike Wright. Wright apparently suffered a concussion during Sunday’s Pats/Colts game and he likely will not be available for Thursday’s game against the Detroit Lions.
