Brett Favre May Not Play Sunday

The Minnesota Vikings come to town Sunday on Halloween to play the New England Patriots, but they may be without their starting quarterback. Brett Favre, Father Time of the NFL who hasn’t missed a start since the first George Bush was President, has a double fracture in his left ankle and will be wearing a protective boot for the majority of the week. Tarvaris Jackson will take the majority of the snaps at QB this week with the team. If Favre doesn’t practice, his chances of starting Sunday are not good. However, it wouldn’t surprise me if he played a series or two and then came out of the game so that he could keep his streak going.

What do you think? Do you want Favre to play Sunday in Foxborough? Vote in the poll to the right of the page!
