It’s time for me to make my selections for this week’s games, but before I get to them. I figured I’d share some of my thoughts about this week’s action with you. We’re in for a treat as week 7 of the NFL season, brings us a few marquee match-ups on this week’s schedule. Since we’ll be treated to a few games that should have us on the edge of our seats. Like the Vikings & Steelers, Falcons & Cowboys, 49ers & Texans, in the earlier day games. Before we’re treated to a great Sunday Night match-up featuring the Cardinals [...]

It’s week 6 of the NFL season which means two things are going to happen soon enough. We’re going to be treated to some great football action as we’ll be watching the Giants & Saints, Ravens & Vikings in the early games. Then it’s time for the Titans & Patriots, Jets & Bills and Seahawks & Cardinals in the late games. Before we settle the kiddies in bed and prepare for the Bears & Falcons to close out the day on Sunday Night Football.
The second treat will be watching me try and pad my season total for picking the winners [...]

Can you actually believe it’s week 6 of the NFL’s season all ready? It seems like it was only yesterday that all 32 teams strapped on their helmets and pads. Each of them had hopes and prayers of holding the famous Lombardi trophy, as they entered the opening weekend. A few things have changed over the course of the last five weeks. As 23 of the 32 teams in the NFL still have their postseason dreams alive. Unfortunately for about 9 teams the same can’t be said for them.
As their dreams and hopes are just about dashed at this point of the [...]
I’m not sure what ever happened to my picks segment for last week’s NFL game’s. Due to prior commitments I actually went ahead and had it all set up and ready to post over the weekend. But for some reason there must have been a snag in the system and it never posted. So I was thinking about posting my week 5’s missing picks, and I figured I’d still post them. Even though it’s ancient history now.
I Won With:
Carolina – Dallas – Pittsburgh – N.Y.Giants – Philadelphia -Minnesota – Atlanta – Denver – Indianapolis
I Lost with:
Miami – Seattle – Arizona [...]

How do you get rid of a spoiled cry-baby wide receiver? You do what the Cleveland Browns have just done with wide receiver Braylon Edwards. Which is ship his whiny ass along with all his baggage as far away from your team as possible, to another team. And that’s exactly what they have done as the lonely and win-less Browns have traded Edwards, right out of the AFC North. Straight to the AFC East and the New York Jets, for what’s being rumored to be a very nice return package.
While the terms of the deal haven’t been officially released, it’s rumored [...]
It’s week 4 of the 2009 NFL season, which means two things. One, it’s just about time for my weekly picks feature to kick-off. Two, it means we’re in a for a real treat as the scheduling committee has given us some really great match-ups. We have 7 teams that remain undefeated and at least one of them is guaranteed to fall from the ranks this weekend. Who is it? No clue but time will tell us shortly.
So without further ado, it’s once again time to kick-off this week’s edition of NE1′S Zone Picks – for Week 4! As always [...]
