Coming next week right here on MusketFire. I’ll be doing a look at possible match-ups for all football fans to enjoy. A mock style of games that we might be watching in prime-time, next football season. I’ll be making a list of games that the NFL will hopefully be showing on either Sunday or Monday nights for the upcoming 2009 season. With a few other key dates tossed in the mix, such as the Thursday night games that the NFL Network likes to show.
Plus we can’t forget the Thanksgiving day games either. Maybe the league will take the hint and stop forcing the Detroit Lions down our throats every year. Sorry, but that had to be mentioned. Hey you never know someone from the league’s office just might be reading little sites like this one, and get a clue!
Now the reason I’ll be doing this is easy. Each and every off season fans all over the world wait for the new schedule to be released. What’s the first thing they all do when it comes out? It’s to scan the listing for the prime games like Sunday and Monday nights. Then we complain when we realize our teams only being shown once or twice nationally.
We all are guilty of it, come on you can admit it. Remember this is just for fun, it’s not to be taken seriously (unless your from the NFL’s scheduling department) so relax and enjoy it.
