New England Patriots 2009 Schedule

Here’s just a quick look at the New England Patriots 2009 schedule of opponents.  And I have to just say OUCH!  I don’t like the looks of it on paper.

Home:

  1. Atlanta Falcons
  2. Baltimore Ravens
  3. Buffalo Bills
  4. Carolina Panthers
  5. Jacksonville Jaguars
  6. Miami Dolphins
  7. New York Jets
  8. Tennessee Titans

Away:

  1. Buffalo Bills
  2. Denver Broncos
  3. Houston Texans
  4. Indianapolis Colts
  5. Miami Dolphins
  6. New Orleans Saints
  7. New York Jets
  8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (In London)

The Patriots actually have the third toughest schedule next season.  With 7 of their 16 games being played vs play-off teams from this year.  Of course it’s only truly six teams that made the play-offs, but we do face the Dolphins twice.

The only good part of this is that we face some of the tougher teams in OUR house.   As the Ravens, Titans, Panthers, Falcons and Jaguars make the trip up to New England.

i don’t see alot of trouble with this schedule worst i see them doing is 12-4 but with brady coming back could be another perfect season 19-0!!!!

    storer09;
That’s true after thinking about some more, especially with Brady back under center it doesn’t look that bad.  We can beat all those teams since the Ravens won’t be the same next year.  And the Colts barely beat us this year minus Brady.

12-4, but I like 13-3 much better.  They don’t have to be 19-0, as long as they win there last game of the season….the Super Bowl.  I’ll be happy with that.
