Teams Chant “Here We Go Dallas”

I remember thinking to myself how disappointed I was looking at the NFL’s schedule of games the very first time.  Why?  I’ll tell you, seeing the only Saturday night game being played on the season.  Featuring the Baltimore Ravens and the Dallas Cowboys, that’s what saddened me.  I could care less about these two teams.  Well that’s normally, but now I’m very excited, and praying that the Cowboys can win their final game at Texas Stadium tonight.

Not only am I praying they win, but all the fans of the Miami Dolphins, New York Jets and the greatest team of all, the New England Patriots are praying for a Dallas victory also.  All of them will have their teams chant “Here we go Dallas” in full swing tonight.  As a Dallas victory helps all of them in the AFC playoff hunt, specifically in the AFC Wild Card race.  The Ravens with a loss tonight will drop to 9-6 on the season, and could fall from the last wild-card spot.  They lose and wins from either Miami, New York or New England push them into the final wild card slot, with one week left in the season.

So let’s go Cowboys, win it for your fans, for yourselves, for Texas Stadium.  Close the doors on that great stadium’s history on a winning note.  But most importantly just WIN DAM IT!  For the Dolphins, Jets and Patriots, make us like you, if only for a few hours.  We’ll root, yell, scream you to victory if needed.  You might not make the post season this year, but don’t hurt our chances tonight.  Pound the ball, give it to the cry baby, we don’t care.  Just win, that’s all we ask.  The one and only time you’ll ever hear me say this or write it, GO COWBOYS!

    Dave;

    Yeah Dallas really sucked last night.  All we needed was a win to help us out.  And they put a horrible showing on offense.  Their “D” played well until giving up the big 77 and 82 runs to the Ravens late in the fourth quarter.  Time to root for Jacksonville next week to help us out.
