Another Bye Week!

You know this is really kinda nice.  It’s week 11 in the season, and the New England Patriots are basically on another bye week.  After Thursday night’s overtime loss to the Jets, the Patriots have a few days to rest, relax and heal from some of those hampering injuries.  We all know what happened for New England coming back off their earlier bye from week 4 of the season.  We came out and beat the San Francisco 49ers 30-21.  So let’s all hope and pray that history repeats its self next week when we travel to face the Miami Dolphins.  More than likely the Dolphins will win today with Oakland on tap for them.  So next week’s game will be quite interesting, as it’s a division foe for us as well it will have a few playoff implications involved.

With a few nice games scheduled for this weekend.  It’ll be nice to sit back, relax, spend some time with the family.  Or get out there and start raking those pesky New England leaves, that we all know won’t magically rake themselves up.  Then grab your favorite beverage and watch some of the games especially if you have the NFL Sunday ticket from DirecTv .  You could see the likes of the Broncos vs Falcons or the Vikings vs Buccaneers.  Root for your favorite fantasy players and just have some plain ole fun.  Thomas Jones all ready played for my fantasy team (well one of the eighty something teams I have this year).  And he scored me twelve points in my big money league.  So I’m happy since he was facing the Patriots and I almost benched him this week.  I’m battling one of my cousins  (sorry Tony I hope I kick your butt this week) and I’m sitting in 3rd place in my division so the playoffs are looking mighty nice right about now.  So have fun and enjoy the time with family and friends, and enjoy this week’s NFL action.
